RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. This return policy defines the relationship between IRVISS.LV (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the customer regarding the return of goods and refunds in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and "Regulations on Distance Contracts".

1.2. The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, using the right of withdrawal, without stating a reason.

1.3. The return policy applies only to items purchased through the IRVISS.LV online store.

2. EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by completing the withdrawal form and sending it to info@irviss.lv.

2.2. The return of goods is the responsibility and expense of the customer if the goods were delivered as ordered and are not defective.

2.3. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.

2.4. If the goods do not meet the above conditions, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount based on the condition of the item.

3. RETURN OF GOODS AND REFUNDS

3.1. If the goods do not match the order, are damaged, of poor quality, or do not correspond to the description, IRVISS.LV covers all return costs.

3.2. If the goods are damaged during transportation, the customer must notify the Company within 2 business days of receipt, attaching photographic evidence.

3.3. After returning and inspecting the goods, the Company offers:

A refund within 5 business days to the customer’s specified bank account.

An exchange for a new or alternative product chosen by the customer (any price difference will be paid or refunded accordingly).

3.4. Delivery service fees are non-refundable if the goods were delivered without defects and in accordance with the order.

4. GOODS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

4.1. According to legal regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized goods or items made according to the customer’s individual order.

Hygiene and health-related items (e.g., earplugs, toothbrushes, etc.), if the packaging has been opened.

Electronic products that have been activated or used.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND RETURN PROCESS

5.1. The customer must ensure that the returned goods are securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

5.2. Goods must be returned using a trackable shipping method to the address specified by the Company.

5.3. If the customer returns goods without prior agreement, the Company reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the returned item and withhold a refund.
